Late Policy: Clients have a 15 minute grace period unless discussed prior. Any client who is later than 15 minutes will have to reschedule their appointment unless accommodations can be made. Appointment will be marked as a no show and a fee may be charged. If an accommodation is made appointment will incur a $15 late fee. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment time. Same day cancellations and reschedules will result in forfeiture of booking deposit. *No Call/No Shows will result in a fee of 30% of your booked service that will be charged to the card on file. If no card on file or card declined, payment must be received before being able to rebook an appointment. Please respect my time and the clients after you as I respect your time. *Accommodations may be made if there is enough time to still complete the appointment before my next client comes in.
